“200 Cigarettes” is a comedy film Directed by Risa Bramon Garcia. The film was released in the year 1999 and was produced by Betsy Beers. It is actually a drama film that focuses on life of different characters, the main character being Monica (played by Martha Plimpton). The year is 1981 and Monica is arranging a party. But, she thinks that no one would arrive at the party. The first person to arrive at the party is her new friend named Hillary (played by Catheriene Kellner). But, as the time passes she starts getting worried and desperate about others. Eric (played by Brian Mccardie), Monica’s ex – boyfriend is sitting in bar and having a drink with his new girlfriend. Val and Stephie are Monica’s cousins who get lost on their way to the party. These were the main characters; however, there are a lot of other characters in the movie as well. Overall, it is a nice comedy that will put a smile on your face.
