The Santa Clause

What happens when you scare Santa to death? Why, you put on his suit and take his place, even if you don’t want to!

Scott Calvin’s life is turned upside down when he accidently kills Santa Claus. After putting on santa’s suit and reading the card that he finds in the pocket of the suit, Scott becomes Santa, whether he wants to or not. After a night of delivering presents, he ends up at the North Pole, where the elves try to convince him he’s Santa. He doesn’t want to believe it and puts it out of his mind for a few months.

A few months down the road, Scott starts putting on weight, a lot of weight, and a beard grows full and white, almost like magic. It takes Charlie to remind him of his true job and off he goes to deliver presents. This year is different because he believes he is Santa Claus and now Christmas is truely magical.

This is a great family movie, one worth watching over and over.
