Filmed entirely in California as a very low-budget thriller - the story is about a cheating husband who gets busted by his wife only through struggling with her find her quickly dead in a pool of blood on his girlfriend’s floor. In order to hide the accident, he throws his wife into a trunk and sets sail across a barren mountain highway to where they were married in order to dump the body - sleep fatique or deprivation causing hallucinations? he keeps seeing the ghastly ghostly image of his wife (who is dead in his trunk) along the highway, as well as his girlfriend who seems to know what he did, but does she really? In deep suspicion he kills her to. Really stupid. Don’t waste your $$ on this one. It can rot in the dumpster. A Japanese/Hollywood joint venture that definitely died in its own regard, no matter how many different names they try to sell it under. Rating: 1 stars out of 5. Viewed 8/25/06. |
